Hi guys, quick question:

I ordered 2 XL GSP because I planned to glue them to the back wall but when I got the two pieces, they were both attached to two live rocks.

How can I remove the GSP from the rocks without damaging them? I tried to pull the edges but it seems firmly attached.

Any suggestions?

Thank you :-D

No, I want to glue just the coral in the mid-high of the tank. The rock is very heavy and it takes so much space. It just looks ugly with the rock.

you cannot tear it off the rock, it just rips apart into tiny pieces, i put a rock of GSP by the glass and it covered the entire side in less than a year.

I am ok to rip it into tiny pieces. Then I’ll glue each of them to the pvc. Is that fine if I do that?

Yes you can 'rip' and frag it however just understand that it is effectively 'bonded' to the rock, so it is going to come off in small little bits of it bonded well. If you are lucky there will be patches that will come up in bigger chinks. This stuff is very pernicious. Even when you think you have removed it all, the smallest little bit will start sprouting new polyps.
