how do i connect/assign kh director if it does not show up in assign new devices?

not a very user intuitive process…
one obstacle after another.

finally managed to connect wifi after haggling with this device for days….
now i have a new problem.

profilux will not show kh director or slave doser,
i have no clue how to get these two devices communicating with each other?

tried my ghl, ghl connect and manually through the profilux itself…
nothing

Are you sure that the PAB cables between the ProfiLux and the KHD and Doser are connected correctly?

yes, slave doser is connected to kh director…
kh director is connected to profilux 4e

No, don't worry, minimal service is provided on the ticket system, and the vacation mainly concerns the German headquarters...

okay..
well both units are powered up and seem to be fine.

just no communication between them and the profilux…
even tried just connecting only the doser… nothing.
then tried only the kh director…
yet still nothing pops up on the profilux though

Did you try connecting the KHD to GCC via usb and update firmware and WiFi ?

What else do you have hooked to the P4 make sure you don’t have a PAB loop going on with your connections. Double check the PAB cable is in the PAB port. Are any devices blinking red ??

Did you do the set up of the doser and assign the pumps and calibrate them?

Just spitballing…did you do a system reset, then assign devices ??

And KHD is under “control” in the app. For it to show on the dashboard you need to hit the paintbrush in the upper right and then hit the “+” then pick KHD.

It seems like you need to got to “system” then “assign and configure PAB devices” then “system reset” then “assign devices” then select them and hit save

Also what order are your devices connected. I would suggest P4 to KHD to doser to powerbar. If your doser is a stand alone make sure your pan cable isn’t mistakenly plugged into the LAN port

So you have no other devices hooked to the p4? Because not even the powerbar is showing. I think you have a problem with the way your PAB cables are hooked up.
