So, I have my new coral and margarita snail slowly drip acclimating and I was wondering how long it takes to get them used to salinity and temperature. It has been about an hour

Snails are "self acclimating" if you can angle a piece of pipe or glass into the tank, or stick them to the wall above the waterline, they will walk themselves in as they feel comfortable. You can just drop them in. They will seal up and come out as they feel comfortable too.

Ah, ok. I am so used to doing it with freshwater livestock, so I wasn't sure

The reality is there's nothing really wrong with acclimating them it's probably the right thing to do. Unless as I mentioned earlier your snails come shipped and they recommend not to acclimate them.

Both are doing really well in the tank. :) The clover polyp is all the way open and the snail is having the time of his life eating diatoms
