So recently I found some fish in my display reef with some sort of worms coming out of them. Took all the fish out and put them in qt, I’ve already treated them and they are healthy now. My question is how long to let the display go fishless before I can add them back in. I know with ich depending on who you ask it’s between 2-3 months, don’t know about worms though. I assume it would be faster but not sure?

What did you treat them with and for how long?
You said you saw worms coming out of them- what worms? Any Pics?
Typical fallow is 6-8 weeks

By the way in sheep, worm larvae can live without a host. So not sure how to better answer your question. Btw no disagreement with vetteguy
