Another good idea is to join a club...if there is none in your area, we have The Catskill Reef which is mostly on Facebook...one guy has been doing this for 35 years...we can be helpful...look us up and join (if you like)...

Not really...no short cuts...part of the knowledge is to learn which size is best...I have a 10gal. Innovative Marine fusion...the smaller, the more difficult...bigger can equal more$, it all depends on you...just taka yo time...and you'll know what size will work for you...Any suggestions for a good starter size
Sorry Boss...72...mostly discus and planted tanks...some salt...very serious about my 10 Fusion...I'm seventy one ,have had two different salt water tanks a 100 gal and now have a 210 gal.Had some kind of fresh water set up most of my adult life but for the last six have been into reefs .started pretty casual but enjoy it so much am getting more serious .switched lighting from halogen to LEDs ,so much cooler and nicer.
Any suggestions for a good starter size
