Question, if you set up the white balance using the disk and then need lighting on the frag, does that change the white balance? Or maybe it doesn't change enough to worry about it?

It does and there are two ways to tweak this:

1. addition/removal of the orange filter lense, and/or
2. using the white balance correction function. It looks something like this:

You can increase or reduce the blue using this function. I find myself usually in the top left quadrant of this bracket.

That's why you really have to play around as not all setups are identical. One more note is make sure your ceiling light or ambient light is off, close the curtains if you have a window. Those ambient lighting really do affect the outcome of the colors as well.
