I finally have a lead for a used reef brite w a radium bulb. It’ll be a few weeks, but I’m hopeful it works out. Are radium’s even able to be purchased nowadays? I’ve seen some that might be legit, but I question it since I have read they’ve been discontinued and aren’t available. Maybe ghost inventory and they’d just cancel my order if I try to buy them?

Hamilton is selling Radium 20k. They also sell their own 20k that does not need to be run on a HQI ballast and look very, very similar to the Radium.

Currently all Hamilton SE 250w bulbs are listed as out of stock. Only one left is the $99 Radium.
Current Radium stock is all there is going to be AFAICT.
"Phase out" = while stock lasts.
Could be 10's of thousand bulbs.. or 10.
