As an owner of a Roomba iRobot for my home I think this is pretty cool. I went ahead and backed this and just wanted to share it with you guys.

My biggest concern is the kickstart project itself. Almost no KS project ever delivers on time or meets expectations.

Hmm. I’ve only done a few kickstarters and never had any problems.

Did they happen to say what happens if a piece of sand gets stuck inside of the unit? Will it sense this or just scratch the glass?

No. No mention of that at all. But that’s a good point to think about.
