I'm thinking of getting a 40 gallon breeder for qt and doing hypo. But I'm not sure what to do while I am gone I have a auto feeder and an ato.

You are going to have a real hard time, if not impossible, keeping the salinity at the correct levels to be effective on the ich while you are gone. Is there no one to help while you are gone?

Not anyone who knows about fish.

Anyone know of a checklist so I can train them?

I would just train someone to feed the fish food that's soaked in garlic and selcon, and how to use a nori clip. That's probably the safest option at this point. Then if they are still bad off when you get home, then look into the QT/hospital and hypo.
