Does it look like this at the base?
If yes, a vermetid snail.
I try to remove at the base, all of it.

This seems to be a barnacle in your coral - they send out a little rake-shaped filter feeding appendage that folds in like a hand closing into a fist.

Tube worms. Theyre a nuisance
These are actually vermetid snails, not worms, but they are generally considered a nuisance. Tube worms/feather duster worms are generally harmless and considered beneficial.

You may need clearer pics here, but if you don't see any obvious hitchhikers, you may want to consider issues with water quality, light, and flow for the coral.

How do you get rid of tube worms
If you have just a few vermetids, manual removal is probably your best option (crushing the base and placing a bumblebee snail, emerald crab, or some wrasse near the remnants of the shell). If you have a lot, it can be tough to get rid of them.

I want to thank you for helping identify that and do I need to worry about that snail that's in that coral
