Birds nest has lately been looking all sad like this, what could it be? The flow? The light? Calcium?

Does look a bit angry. What are your parameters? How old is the tank? How long have you had the coral?

From the video flow looks ok. a bunch of hair algae, no necessarily a problem depending on your parameters.
