Hey this creature has been growing in my tank for at least the last 3 months. Never seen or heard of it. I never see any feather dusters coming out of it. Thanks for the help!

I did some more looking and think this is a type of spionid worm. Harmless, if they get out of control it seems copperbands, wrasses, bergiah nudis, or bumblebee snails will potentially eat them.
