My female clown has this strange little red mark directly below the dorsal fin on both sides of her body (pictures above.) Is this an abrasion or some kind of bacterial disease? She’s acting perfectly fine and I don’t see it in any of my other fish.

Whups, the video is under blue light, like your first picture, white light is better. I can see just the hint of some skin lesions, the ones I'm worried about are at the top of the brown bar behind the eyes - looks like it could be Brooklynella or even mucus produced by ich.I took a video to see if it helps. When I get done with work today I’ll also try to get a high contrast photo if the video doesn’t help.
So the white spots you see in the video are new, just developed today. I already had recently successfully treated this clown for ich with coppersafe and it doesn’t quite look like it. The white spots are more pointed or fuzzy? So maybe it is Brooklynella or a bacterial disease? Can it spread to my other fish? I have something I can make into a QT.Whups, the video is under blue light, like your first picture, white light is better. I'm going to need more history on the fish. Here is a link to some helpful information for me to know:

Do you have a treatment tank available?

1. Fish only tank; 32 gallon; has mechanical, chemical, and biological filtration. I did have a UV sterilizer running but I suspected that it impacted my biological filtration to a degree. It has the LED’s that come with the BioCube. It’s been established for ~8 months.I can see the skin lesions a bit better, but it could be Brooklynella or a relapse of ich. I doubt that it is a bacterial disease, those are typically secondary to some injury and I don't see evidence of that. If it is ich, then yes, other fish exposed can/will get it. If it is brooklynella, then mostly it would be limited to clownfish and a few other species.
You say the spots are pointed - I can't see that, but there is an issue called idiopathic mucus that shows up after copper treatments sometimes where the fish just produces extra mucus. It goes away on its own.
It would help if I had full background info on this fish though -
