Should I find a smaller power head? Is this too much flow?

I can't see your video. And knowing the actual flow rate is MUCH better than seeing a video.

That's turning over the water in your tank over 65 time per hour. IMHO that probably too much flow unless everything it your tank will be sps corals. I think even lps corals might struggle a bit at that rate. Typical turnover rates range from 20 at the low end to around 40 at the high end.
