Your carpentry skills are amazing! That stand and floating canopy build is easily one of the best I've seen on the site. One of the things I think thats too often overlooked in the hobby is that the system as a whole can be a beautiful piece of art and craftsmanship if done right. Lots of people have beautiful aquariums but they're sitting on some ugly, mass-produced, flimsy MDF stand thats just an eye sore.

Stunning tank and great craftsmanship on the stand an canopy. You have a lot of great ideas to make things simple. I really enjoyed reading about your build.

This is great, awesome build. I'm about to do my own stand for a new tank and I will find all of this very useful
