Wanted to share my experience with Joe from Joe Knows Reefs

When the list of vendors were posted for the MTRC Frag swap I got in touch with Joe and asked him if I could pre-order some frags and get them at the swap. He told me that he didnt know if he would be able to attend, but would let me know. I emailed him again when it got close to the swap and he let me know that he would not be able to attend.

However he said if I wanted to get something he would cover the shipping and give me a discount. That seemed like an offer I couldnt refuse so I went with it. I told him the coral that I wanted and he told me that he would need to let them heal at least a week before he shipped them. I got the coral today. The coral was triple bagged and he took great care to make sure nothing would be damaged when I got it.

This guy is a class act. He really cares about what he is doing and went way above and beyond.

Thank you Joe

Randy
