And now onto the dedicated Zoa/Softie Tank...

It is a 20g long tank lit by a 150w JBJ Viper with a generic 14k bulb. Filtration is done by a Reef Octopus backpack skimmer, a HOB filter filled with live rock rubble, and a 5g hexagonal tank full of algae covered live rock as a sump.

It looks pretty ghetto, but I've never seen my Zoas as happy and that's all that matters to me!

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
