Main body extremely damage, not even sure if it's dead or not. Tank is 400 gallon, do I need water change? it's about 3 inch nem.

I had two infernos absolutely shredded by the pumps, and now I have 15 from those two. I have an 80-gallon, I did a small water change and added a good amount of carbon. Dont freak out, in a 400, it shouldn't even make a dent. I would throw it in the basket to see if it lives in the next few days, if it pulls through the initial phase, leave it somewhere in a low-flow area like a sump with light. In a few weeks, it'll bounce back, no matter how bad it looks. If it dies right away, then toss it. Post a pic if you can.

from a 3" anemone, I wouldn't expect there to be a lot. Just let them be, if one turns into brown goo, put an N95 mask on and throw it away. My guess is that the bottom one should make it, the top one can also make it if it has any portion of the foot on it, if it's just the top portion, it might die. Either way, they won't look great for a while, but unless they turn into mush, I would give them a chance.
