Update:
All livestock has been moved out of the 225 into the main display. I am now ready to use the 225 as QT so fish shall be ordered soon.
I have installed the metal halides as well and they are mounted on a swivel joint allowing me to swing the halide mounts out of the way when work is required on tank and room is needed.

LitermeterIII has been hooked up and will change daily 5 gallons of water. Still need to hook up final old salt water output to the drain valve connection. Just need adapter from 3/8" to 1/4" and ready to go.

Water change station is complete. 2 300 gallon reservoirs (left is fresh ro and right is salt). I ran a 1 inch return into the salt mixer with a locline angled at the bottom of the tank for easy mixing.

shot of control wall on left of tank. I was able to calibrate pH probe for calcium reactor and place in reactor after getting new PM1 module hooked up.

so changing out 5 gals a day there is no need to do water top offs.........correct ?
The water change will take out 5 gallon per day of tank saltwater and replace with 5 gallon of new water. Water evaporation will still occur and will be maintained by kalk addition through a constant running parelistic pump at about 5 gallons per day as well. Total evaporation is running about 7 gallons per day now so the other 2 gallons will be topped off through float valve.

so you have BOTH saltwater and RO/DI water going in daily to keep salinity from varying ?

Correct. Salt going in to replace salt coming out and ro going in to replace evaporation

Vertex Reactor finally arrived today:flypig::flypig:
Very impressed with the quality of materials and the workmanship in the seams. I will be running carbon. Here come another trip to Lowes for 1" tubing to hook up to the manifold.
I now have all the livestock in the main display but many frags are unmounted. It is quite a process to get the frags mounted as I have actually been getting into the tank and having the wife apply glue to frags while I apply to the liverock. Many more to go. Melev will be coming over sometime soon and will be taking pics for me as my skills are limited to my iphone and does not like the blue lights so pics turn out horrible. I will take a few videos and attempt to upload soon. Does anyone have any advice on size of file etc..

Seems that my Bubble King skimmer is finally completed and has been shipped from Germany. They told my local supplier that it is on a boat on the way! Hope the boat has a motor.
