Hey all, I have a redsea max nano 26g peninsula tank, I want to upgrade the light on. Was thinking of the ecotech xr15. I have some montiporas and I eventually want acroporas. How will this light do? And any other recommendations?

XR15 should provide plenty of PAR for SPS in that size tank. I'd also recommend you check out the following:

Reefi Uno: This fixture provides more power than the XR15, for cheaper. https://www.reefi-lab.com/product/reefi-uno-2-0-pro/

Kessil A360x: Kessils do produce beautiful shimmer and there is evidence supporting superior coral color development: https://amzn.to/3TIB7uY. Shadowing may become a problem down the road if your SPS grow out/ you don't keep them trimmed, due to the "spotlight" design.
