Little bugs on zoas

Hello. I have a zoa garden I am starting and the first few weeks everything was going well. Now 2 separate zoas aren't opening and I have noticed little bugs crawling all over them. I read that they might possibly be good for the tank but it's only the 2 zoas that aren't opening.

Amphipods. I'm dealing with the same problem. Amphipods are good to have. According to people, I just have to wait.
