From the truck while y'all out picking? It's like that over there??

Honestly, this the first time anyone's taken anything from us. We did have the type of jugs that are tall, so the hoses were obviously sticking up from the truck bed. But most everyone also takes jugs with them so it's not uncommon to see them.

We did see one SUS vehicle on our way back to the truck, it was an ugly 80s jeep, they were parked in the road adjusting a cooler in the back that was obviously too big to be in there, I'm 100% positive it was ours. I didn't see the jugs, but they could have been next to the cooler on each side. Both me and hubs thought that was weird, talked about it when we got to the truck before we realized what was gone.

But unless we caught them there with our stuff not much we can do now. We do have trail cams we'll be setting up where we park from now on, at least blast a fool on our local FB.

If you get one shipped, ask the shipper to send in a larger bag with at least an inch of sand in the bag. Leopard can bury itself then and arrive less stressed and hopefully unharmed from smashing into the bag walls.

Will most places do this?

This will be my actual first shipped fish, I've been lucky enough to find all the things I need locally.

Well besides the dwarf seahorses, I did get those shipped. And it was traumatic. Some were doa, the rest were in peril. I skipped acclimation and went into fresh saltwater because the shipping water was so foul. Thankfully I didn't lose any from that but it was still scary.

Went mushroom picking again, it was less successful. Got to the truck to load up, realized someone stole our big cooler and 2 5g jugs of gas, both full of premium too.

That is awful!

We went hunting morels and only found three and a few Calf Brains.

Gut punch. Once of my previously doing good acros felt the need to peel overnight. Almost 80% gone. Tested everything, nitrates (1ppm) and phos(.19) a little low, but within acceptable range, mag a little low at 1200ppm, but that shouldn't cause peeling, right?

Good thing I've got a battle box coming TOMORROW, great time for a problem. I've been and steady with no losses since November. Awesome timing.

Bummer, welcome to the wonderful world of sticks...
it can happen for no reason at all... could be days ,weeks, months , years,a stick can turn that quick...JME...

Also slowly winning the battle against dinos, so maybe that's a reason? I'll keep testing, I have water ready for a WC and I have nitrate/phos/ mag i can dose if needed.

There are several other SPS doing fine, another acro 8"away looks perfect, 2 types of digis, stetosa, Montis all look normal.

The only thing a little ***** is a goni, but it's been like that a while, probably because mag got low.

And my 3d printer failed a print overnight and looks like I broke something.

This came out with the filament....

Looks like I'm taking apart my printer now.

Have a mess over here. Hopefully it'll actually go back together. Might have to call in the hubs for backup.

All the electric connections are glued together so I can't unplug anything, but might be a good thing though.

Maggie, I had a similar situation (minus the broken nozzle). Mine was an air bubble or crack in the filament and it stopped extending. I pulled the filament out and it was very visible.

Ewwww, definitely clogged, hopefully you can get it cleaned out and back together soon.

Well, I'm hoping the stepper is still functional and not broken.

It's actually back together, I'm quite surprised myself. I did have to take a few things off and back on because I routed a wire wrong, but so far.... Maybe?

I'm doing the auto leveling now and I'll hopefully do a test print.

It appears to be working! A few test prints to dial in my z offset and I'll try something bigger. This was on new filament so maybe the filament is wonky. It's one of those tricolor silk pla's. The first test print was a turtle and it was perfect.

I'm still shocked I got all the things back together, with no spare parts even!

This was the first print of this filament, the next one failed.
