I think the market average is around $40 per frag 1-3 eyes. But if you want to spend more you can get this gem the Jason Fox "My Miami Hurricane" chalice. So nice!

No way.

If you pay more than 20.00 for an encrusted large frag plug with 10+ eyes you are getting ripped off big time.

40 an eye is Insane.

It has been many many years since they sold for that much.

My miami is still on my wish list. It may never get down to miami hurricane price but keeps getting more affordable. Hey 2000$ an eye at one time.

It has dropped a lot then for sure.

I got 3 Eyes for 60.00

Where did you get my miami for that price? Best i have seen was $100 an eye. Miami hurricane a different thing. 10-20$ an eye is normal. But as stated price is a regional thing.

For Miami Hurricane or My Miami? The price for My Miami is still up there last I saw.

Jason Fox My Miami (60.00 for 3 Eyes).

Miami Hurricane I got over 10 Eyes for 10.00 so less than 1.00 an Eye.

From a Local Reefer.

I got Miami Hurricane (Over 10 Eyes) for 10.00

Who in their right mind is paying 20.00 an eye for that coral when I got it for less than 1.00 an eye?

People here sell it by the Plug or by the Colony.

I have never seen anybody sell it by the eye.

The Coral has been around a long time and it grows very fast too.

That is why it is so cheap.

I know people that have given it away for free or thrown it in the trash too because it got to big and nobody wanted it.

From a Local Reefer.

That is probably why so cheap. A local hobbyists. The my miami resale by commercial sellers is still $100 or more an eye. Same is true for Miami hurricane a 2-4 eye frag will sell for 20-30 dollars. Pricing is regional and you can not compare a commercial seller price with a private individual. The later has no taxes, employees, rent of any other costs of a business.

Lol this thread has gone way of track.
Don't really care, seems like everyone's enjoying the time they're spending debating coral prices.

But anyway, I'm not sure if I'm gonna get it, probably not. My tank is filling up, and I'm saving my las big spot (in the low light) for a really high end chalice.
I've been thinking about upgrading to A 180 long

Reefing problem number one. You will run out of real estate fast. No matter what size tank you have. So many corals, so little room.

I know it's off topic but let's see it .
Don't have a picture, I'll give you an idea, colour here, colour here, colour there, colour everywhere. I's red, blue, yellow, and some green I think. I really want it
