Hey everyone!

I have had this mushroom in my tank for a few weeks now, and I swear it is moving off the frag plug.

It has a foot still attached to the other side of the frag plug, but it keeps moving away and ripping it.

My question is, once it fully rips will the foot left on the frag grow into a new mushroom? It kind of looks like that, because you can see green in the center, which is maybe a new mouth?

(Yes, the mushroom doesn't look happy right now, and that's because the lights turned on a few minutes ago.)

It'll be fine. It's just what they do. You can put some rubble near it and see if it will foot naturally on that. And yes, it might grow a new mushroom where it ripped. I agree it looks like it.
