Some sump Pics and a small acrylic tank for mushroom propagation. These guys at Clear choice fabrications near Seattle reallly look like they knocked it out of the park while keeping it reasonably priced. Can’t wait to receive it

Not much happening tank was re ordered with Joe from glass cages. Super excited they are a dream to work with. Sump is being finished up by Clear fabrications out of Seattle. GREAT COMPANY to work with with reasonable pricing.
Don't get them to build a metal stand. I had a 2" sq tubing stand made and it has a center high point. Saying it was from the heat of welding. If so and they know about it, then they should know how to weld and compensate for the heat distortion. Told me basically I'm on my own. Wants me to use shims to make up the 1/8th inch gap. I don't think so especially on a 260 gal Reef Savvy aquarium. So now I'm getting with a chassis fabricator to fix his jack up.

Why the size change? I was just thinking of going 10’ myself but not sure if the extra 3 feet is worth the overall cost and supplies necessary. 10’ would have a huge impact, but most non reeders even think my itty bitty 90 is a big tank.

well the first tank came in at 10' but was not to par so I returned it. looking at it I thought it was too much to move.. it was 900 lbs and I didn't see how that was humanly possible to get into a basement without somebody getting seriously injured.. there also becomes a humidity and weight for concrete slab challenge as well...
