It does man. It was a big hit to all of us. It's hard to have a reef without a clam. Looking forward to seeing yours.

Congrats! Can't wait to see it. We lost all our clams due to pyramids, even the big guy from 3reef.
Here you go!

Update! So I picked up a 93 cube, brand new. Non REEF ready as I wanted to use a rear overflow so I drilled and installed my own using a glass holes 1500 and duel return.

This is tied into the existing system although I'm using a Reef Octopus varios 6 to feed this tank and my chiller.

For lighting I'm using an ATI 8 bulb with 2 REEF brites. For flow I'm going to try out a pair of wav pumps.

I made some Headway last night got it all plumbed in.

I'm a little tight on the space where it is and I'm also concerned if I ever have to get into my water heater to change it so I use unions on the rear Plumbing from where it connects to the back of the tank and then against the wall so I don't have to worry about moving the tank if I ever have to get in there to pull the water heater out I just have to shut it off just connecting unions and slide it out.

So got some REEF scaping done. Looks a lot better than in the pics. Its basically a large arch about 2 feet across the back and then a arch coming forward in each side. Almost like a cove. Can't really see the depth in the pictures. Anyway lot of area for flow and ton of surface space to mount corals. Going with a nice center island also.

Wow that scape looks amazing!!! Great job

Thanks Joe! I used the emarco 400 mud. Works well. Need to be able to let it set up at least an hour though. They say 20 min but was still pliable at that point. 2 hours it was pretty solid - at least enough to pump in some water.

I was thinking hells eyes also. It's the same species for sure.
From one chalice collector to another, amazing my man! It's so worth it to have full grown colonies!

Here are a few pics of the front structure. Once the cement is hardened I will position it better.

Can't wait to see it full of sticks!

I plan on it! Hope to get water in it today. I had cured the rock a while - but now have had it out 24 hours. I will fill the tank right below the overflow and hit it with some Fritz 900 for 2-3 days then a quick WC in it and then let it flow!
