Hello,
I know this is a reef site but I have nobody to turn too. I just was trimming plants and got into a massive debri feild of poop and dead plants. I idmeadiatly did a water change but now I’m worried if I spiked ammonia or nitrates into the water. I replaced the water with treated clean water any advice?

If the poop and dead plants were in there before you started, why would there be a risk of an ammonia spike after removing said poop and plants?

Plants consume ammonia well, and there's a ton of denitrifying bacteria in an established planted tank. I would not personally worry about it at all.

This is how it’s looking. You can see water discoloration and a little bit of floating frog bit everywhere
