Need ideas for child proofing my cabinet

I had this problem years ago.. I just grabbed a 2ton 20 foot wrachet strap and wrapped it around my cabinet and winched it down.. The kids could not figure out how to unlatch it to hold the doors shut... Now they are 9 and 6 years old... They know I mean business and do not get close to the tanks except to look.. LOL

Mine is 20 mouths. […]But every time I open the cabinet he wants to look. We call it "checking the bubbles". Do to the skimmer. I tell him about what is going on with the filter and what he can help with. Since I started doing that he does not try to get in with out me

Removing the novelty is possibly the best non-product solution since it costs nothing. I've used that in numerous situations - very effective.
