Hey everyone,

Just purchased 4 new AI Nero 7s. Wondering if there is an break-in procedure like the MP40s?

Thanks

What issues did the 3 and 5 have? I’ve had multiple pairs and never have had one issue or have heard of an issues with the Nero’s?
First Nero 5 got stuck on a red solid light. According to the Manuel, there’s obstruction on the propeller. So I soaked in vinegar and cleaned it. Spun the propeller freely and looks like new but it won’t spin. Sent it in and was told I need to pay $145 for the “repair” and I didn’t because I felt it was a rip off since the 5 used to be $199 for a new one.

I still have a Nero 5 and couple of Nero 3 running. On average 1-2 weeks, they will stuck on flashing and stopped working. I then need to soak it in vinegar then scrub it really good and most of the time starts working again.

currently, I have a 3 that’s doing it. I am busy with work and really don’t want to deal with that almost weekly besides wc, it’s a pain.

Oh man that stinks! I wouldn’t pay that either
