Do you have any other pictures? Have they been connected to Mobius yet? I ask because I bought a used MP10 once that refused to reconnect to another account.

I connected it to mobuis to confirm it working. Can be removed and can also contact Ecotech and they will factory reset it for you/ you can do that yourself.
