Hi, I’ve recently (2 days ago) bought a lemon clown goby. He’s not eating at all, (I’ve been feeding pellets) I asked the person bagging my fish if he’ll eat pellets and he said yes. Any tricks to get him to eat?
PS..I’ve tried target feeding but he wouldn’t eat anything then either

What pellets were they using at the store and what pellets are you using? What sizes of pellets, and how big is the fish?

Is the fish showing any signs of sickness?

Live foods like Baby Brine Shrimp (Artemia Nauplii) and Black Worms can reportedly help entice fish to eat. Some people also swear by garlic for getting fish to eat, but there's mixed results on this one - the live feed one is solid from what I've seen.

As a note - it's suggested to watch the fish feed at the store (not just to ask, but to actually observe it yourself if possible).
