My latest phosphate level reading using Hannah test kit is 0.095 ppm on a 75 gallon mixed reef. 31 ppb phosphorus. Kind of confused on the 0.095 reading. Is this good or bad?

That’s just fine, .1ppm to .25ppm is common range.
That being said, many reefers have had great success at virtually zero and like me, in the higher ranges of .25ppm.

The actual value may depend more on your individual system, rather than any one number.

So if things look good, just keep that number as stable as possible.
