I recently received a diaseris on a frag plug and wanted to know if it well do well or if the plug needs to be removed. I understand it's a plate coral.

Shouldn't be on a plug if it's plate coral. They can inflate their body and move slowly around the sand to find a preferred spot.

Yes, I trimmed some. Do I need to remove, if so how?
Um you trimmed it? The one I have has a hard skeleton and then fleshy tentacles. Can you post a picture of it to make sure its a plate? They shouldnt come glued to frags, actually never seen one glued to be honest
