I've attached some pictures.

2 different creatures in the pictures.

One picture when zoomed in looks like a centipede. What is this?

The others are these little white things swimming in the water. My wife and I think they may be fry mandrins. Thoughts?

Overpopulation usually means you're overfeeding the tank.
I definitely overfeeding the tank. We're building a 200G to put the fish we have in qt tanks into because they are not reef safe. Then we are going to clear out the reef and go fallow to kick the ich we've been fighting.

So I'm intentionally overfeeding, didn't realize we would end up with bristle worms though..

That's kinda what I was thinking. I guess I'll get a few wrasse and let them eat them or hope they eat them..
The worms' population is usually directly related to the amount of wasted food in the tank. This is not a judgemental statement - many people over feed and let the cuc take care of the excess.

I use a feeding boaster and suck some out every once in a while. This obviously only gets the smaller ones. The bigger ones are smarter.

But I have two types in my tank.

The normal ones - ie the ones I usually catch
Orange fireworks - came in with KP Aquatics rocks

Need to get an arrow crab to eat the smaller ones….
