Got some new coral today and while doing my dip I noticed these little reddish things coming of this wild acro. Are they something to be worried about ?

Any chance of closer or more direct shot? Closest guess I can come up with is red planaria but can’t say I’ve ever seen them come out of a coral skeleton

Please help! Is this aefw? Redbug?
