My mixing bins have a 3/4” outlet. Is there any reason to step plumbing up to 1” for mixing/moving but leave the 3/4” outlet? The bins are 53” tall, so I can’t get my arm down far enough to swap bulkhead to 1+”

Thanks!!!!

Great! So would you plumb the entire system at 3/4” or 1” knowing that at the bin outlet it will be 3/4” no matter what? I just don’t know if there’s any benefit to having 1” plumbing on the vast majority of the system with a constriction down to 3/4” at the bin outlet then back to 1”…

I would make it the same size as the pump inlet / outlet size you are planning on using to mix transfer / water

For a mixing station, it’s not going to make much difference.
Okay great, thanks. ATO/AWC are from separate pumps from bins and DT shares wall with mixing station so it’s a short hose run for supplemental water changes - I’m going to go 3/4”.
