Corals only in the night usually 1 hour after lights are off, polyps extension are 3 times bigger and they are ready for some snack ;)

I feed mine about an hour or two after lights fully go out. Everything looks starving around then lol!

I spot feed my Flower Pot Coral during the day. She closes up tight at night. My hammers and frogspawn also seem to like it.

I feed my corals when they're open. My duncans close at night so they get fed during the day. My suncorals, chili coral, acans and chalice open at night...when lights are out...so I fed them then. My lobo and plate corals can be fed anytime.

Is there an anytime option? Just feed them when I want and the polyps appear to be extended. Meaty foods I do at night so my fish don't pick at the coral.

I feed my corals during the day, once every two weeks right before a water change. I feed them finely chopped shrimp. Over time they have learned to sense the food and their feeding tentacles come out as soon as the shrimp hits the water..pretty cool!

Not really during the day, more during dusk hours of the tank... I feed mine about 20 min after the whites are turned off, and the blues are still on

My wellso never ate. Had it for about 4 months till I tried BRS Reef Chilli. Now I feed it in the day time and it take it all down as do all my corals. At night it just shriveled up but now its in the big tank and feeders are out in full force at night. I still feed in the day time though.

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
