I'm still in design / planning stage. Looking for examples of sump / cabinet layout for the RSR 500 Peninsula G2+. The plan is to run a 57w Aqua UV. One question is where to mount that UV. I've been studying the drawings from Red Sea to see and also searched forums for ideas. All I found are pre-G2, so only one return outlet.

One larger or two smaller return pumps? My current return on my 200xl is VarioS4, so thinking I would need more than that. Also, my current UV (15w Aqua UV) is plumbed inline with my return. I was going to go with a ReefRun 7000....that or two a couple of 5500?

The only place I see mounting a UV is on the opposite side of the sump from the return area. That means I'm running tubing / pipe back and forth within the sump area, which is fine, just seems inefficient.

I currently have an external refugium from LifeReef and I drive that with a separate VarioS4. I'll probably keep that setup.

Thanks all!
