Quick Aptasia check before it meets its doom, please!

Hello all.
This is some rock that I had incubating in the darkness with an occasional shrimp thrown in for over three months. I’ve taken it out, put it in my display tank, and boom, this appears. Before I chuck a wodge of epoxy on top of it, Can you just confirm for me it is an aptasia and that I’m not about to murder something beneficial.
