That will be important once you get corals. You'll need to adjust them by trial and error until you hit the sweet spot for your tank.

I have two of those lights over my 120 gal. (48x24x24) softie/lps tank. I keep whites at 50% and blues at 70%. you can grow anything. I would suggest a skimmer although many people run skimmerless tanks. I started as a fowlr and then started with cheap leathers, gsp, zoa's, and mushrooms. I do not dose. stay away from the expensive coral until you get the hang of caring for coral. let your tank mature before you try a nem. it's not as hard as some might think.
