Alright maybe I just drank too much but I think a reef coop would be a good idea. Basically I set up tanks in a retail space and people sell coral out of them where the coop keeps enough to keep the lights on. Am I just drunk or might this actually work?

So is this retail space in a LFS? Is it connected to their system? Is it taking up valuable retail space?

Who are these people selling coral? Average Joe off the street dropping vermetid infested hammer frags or lumps of mushroom rocks?

I was thinking about renting out a retail space. Having tanks set up on individual systems then allowing local refers to sell stuff out of one of the systems. Kind of like an antique mall.

I know when I trade in to lfs they give me about 1/2 what they would sell it for, kind if same idea but you get cash after it sells instead of store credit

So maybe have 10-20 40 lowboys and have the option to either rent one or do a consignment sort of deal?

I can get a decent place for 1500 a month and could eat the 1500 forever if it does not take off. Heck could probably use a tax write off too
