I have a 75g and added this little star about a week ago but what I didn’t realize is that my salt has been way high! 41ppt ! Correcting that now and everything else in the tank seems ok (besides the coral) is there anything I can do more immediately to help the star?

Its 50/50. This can repair itself with corrected parameters but often due to stressors, some clearly continue downhill. In a addition to salinity, assure nitrate and phosphate levels are not or do not become elevated. This one is highly deteriorated and likely too far gone
