Thanks :) they have done the job but still had to add GFO and we’re still hovering around 1.5-2.0 on phosphates. 54 ponies eat a ton plus all the other fish in there. The light is a ration xr30 no special setting. May add a second light so we can make the rainfall ATO work without splashing as much as we would lower the light rail to get better light coverage. Undecided on that for now

Love, love, love this tank.

Any video updates? How are the ponies doing?

Trying to work toward setting up my own seahorse tank, I'm currently keeping two smaller nano-reefs but have a waterbox 100.3 ready to setup.

How often, if ever, does the sandbed get cleaned? I know a lot of seahorse keepers say that you need to vacuum the sandbed after every time you feed the tank, but that's not how I'd prefer to run a tank. I'd rather have fish, inverts, or coral that will do a good job of keeping the sand clean and eating leftover food before it rots and makes the ponies sick. What do you have to help make sure all leftover food gets eaten?

Thx man. Minor vacuuming of superficial layer of sand. The garden eels take up a lot of sand area. Let me find one on YouTube I updated the other day :)

Hi guys. Been working on this set up for awhile. Alyssa has been a great help and provided some beauties. Will be adding a royal exclusive fleece roller and a ATS from Clearwater along with my Nyos 200 skimmer to lower my phosphates. These guys are a ton of fun.

How many do you have??? And what kinds? I love sea horses and want a pair in their own tank but Im afraid to pull the trigger because I hear they have a huge bioload and are very hard to care for!! Its a stunning tank and those horses are BEAUTIFUL

We are at 49-50. We have overfiltration. 2 UV, Ozone, fleece rollermat, 2 skimmers and most importantly a solid chiller

All my favorite tanks seem to be heavy on nutrients in via feeding and heavy on nutrients out via export.
