If you host a picture somewhere ( like photobucket) you can always use the img tags to put a picture into your comments.

PS. erase the ? from both ends and use your picture location

[?img]http://www.picturelocationhere[?/img]

Are you talking about just insterting one like in a post, or attaching one some how?
