does anyone ship coral to Canada and if not why just curious

I guess the question is:
Are there any coral resellers in the US that have permits to ship to Canada?
Or
Has anyone ever gotten a permit or know what permits are required?
It's not like we don't have corals in Canada, and someone had to get permits. It's just frustrating to see all these great corals on line and not have access to anyone them.
