Hi all,

I've never gotten a 0.00 ppm reading form my Hanna Checker. Today I got a 0.10 ppm total Ammonia measuremnet (which I think equates to about 0.006 ppm free amonia). I often get 0.1ppm when I take a sample to the LFS, and they use they Spin Touch on it.

I woudln't even be thinking about this, but my Royal Gramma died. I had him for 2 weeks I think. He'd always been kind of shy, but he usually came out to eat, and I didn't notice anything obviously wrong.

I see @Randy Holmes-Farley 's post today on this very topic, and it sounds like it's at least way below the level where 1/2 of my fish will die, but I'm not sure that means I shouldn't be worried.

Should I be worried about my ammonia level?

Thanks,
Brett
