Hi, can flukes live in the body like this? I thought this is how velvet looks. Please see video of clown trigger attached. Should I focus on copper or prazi? Also, I can see these parasites are also on the eye of the fish.

Sorry wanted to ask could it be brooklynella? All these diseases look so similar it frustrating figuring out what the fish have.

That's not velvet, the fish is breathing fairly slowly. With velvet (Amyloodinium) it would be breathing very fast.

It is flukes and/or chronic ich (fish can have both at the same time).

Your specific gravity is at a point where it isn't helping. You should either go up to 1.018 and use copper and praziquantel, or drop to 1.012 and just use copper.

I don't see symptoms of Brooklynella here, and these fish are not really prone to it anyway.
