I found a hitchhiker in my tank. So far it has stuck to only 2 rocks. It's small, and doesn't seem to have attacked any corals. But I'm not sure exactly what it is. Want to make sure it's not a sundial snail.

Are you referring to the black and white one? Looks kind of like a Nerite snail from that picture although it's difficult to see.

Colors could be right for a Lightning Dove snail but the shape is more Nerite...

Hard to tell from the photo but looks either like a collinista snail, harmless algae eater... or a sundial snail to me, zoanthid predator.

Yeah, the little black and white one. When I tried to zoom in more, it got blurry. Hasn't moved off the rock that I spotted it on 2 days ago.

And that is my main concern. I have 85 to 90% zoas as my coral. So I definitely don't want a sundial. Anything beneficial is a keeper for me. I like snails in my cuc.
