+1Eels will sometimes attack newly added fish, but usually are pretty safe. Also, although snake-like in appearance, an eels digestive tract is nowhere as long as that of a snake. The groupwr should be completely safe.
But snowflakes are more of a specialised crustacean hunter than piscivore. If it is going to try, it would be when the grouper is first added. But still pretty unlikely.Well for a 28" I dont think it cant handle the grouper.
