Something on my Trachy

I wasn't getting a response in the NEW forum so I'm trying here. What could this be on the skeleton of my Trachy?

I actually just responded to the other thread:

I see a couple of pineapple sponges (genus Sycon) - harmless filter feeders; they typically boom then bust in population and go away on their own.

Thanks for replying to me question. I have since found them on a Torch as well. I'm glad to hear they are not harmful to my tank.
